    Level the bottoms of your drops parallel with the ground. Those bars are not at the correct angle.

    Like me you’ve got a long torso but (relatively) short legs. I’ve found high and long for stems is better. The issue with longer stems is they seem to be flatter, if you stretch out too far it will feel better but can increase weight on your hands and lead to wrist issues.

    I use an 8 degree 90mm on a similar sized frame.

    Also bike fit wizards feel free to correct me because I’m the first to admit I only know what worked for me after numerous trial and error experiments.
