It’s normal. Fixed gears use super burly chains and gears, and you can hear each tooth as it engages/ disengages from the chain. Add that to an aluminum frame without shifter / brake cables (to dampen the noise) and it’s just kinda loud.

Depending on what chain I use my drivetrain can sound like that, you can slightly move the wheel forwards and see if that helps

It can be a combination of the chain being too tight and the chain line not being 100% straight. Also some chains are louder than others. It could also be the chain is not the right one for the cog. Usually fixed gear chains are either 3/32 or 1/8. Good luck!
