I only have to re-wrap bars every few years, so it’s hard to get proficient, I always end up wrapping, finding the places where I either overlapped too much or too little, and unwrapping and wrapping again.
It helps to use bar tape that has a weak adhesive, so trying again doesn’t leave adhesive on the bars.
