Does anybody know how to use this thing. I know this is located at the bottle cage area to hold the cable to prevent it from rattling in the frame but does anybody know how to tie it? Does it simply juz put the cable underneath and tie it with ziptie or there more to it?

You need to feed the brake line through ziptie so make a loop that’s almost as big as the downtube, feed it though the little hole with the little frame holder. Once the cable is in place you tighten the ziptie (but don’t squeeze the brake tie!), cut the end off and place the cover plate on top. The ziptie is only there to prevent rattling from the brake line in the frame, so leave a little space for brake line to prevent damage of the housing. Alternative you can use a foam housing to get the same effect (I did both).
