That dent is purely cosmetic. It’s unfortunate, but it doesn’t affect frame integrity. I’d want a discount for the ding but, yes, I’d buy the bike at the right price.

Big block is steel. Does not appear to be creased at all. I’m a Clydesdale and would ride this without a second thought. Primarily cosmetic.
$600 complete is just ok. Look around, I’ve bought mine for $700 brand new from a local shop. They’re discontinued, so you might be able to score a deal.

I just bought a basically brand new 2023 big block complete for $550 canadian which was a crazy deal. I’d say $600 for that is acceptable
