  1. Follow up from [my post yesterday](https://www.reddit.com/r/bicycletouring/comments/1ee8gwd/im_leaving_on_a_tour_of_ireland_next_month_does/), here is the updated route trying to incorporate as much feedback as possible.

As much as I wanted to visit Malin head to say I’ve cycled from the Northernmost to Southernmost points, I decided to skip that to give myself more time to explore the West coast. I want to try and stay under 1600km due to time constraints and I couldn’t make Malin head work without sacrificing somewhere else.

I may try to visit Achill island, but again there may simply not be time.

On the plus side, this revised route now includes the Antrim Coast, Giant’s Causeway, NW Mayo, Ring of Kerry and multiple SW peninsulas.

Thanks again for all the feedback.

  2. This is a much better and more scenic route, enjoy and may the wind and rain be in your favour.

Awesome! You’ll have no regrets in seeing the Antrim Coast. Just beware of some serious hills between Cushendall & Ballycastle🤟
