Is this a death sentence for my aluminium frame?

I noticed this today. My bicycle is 15 years old and it went with me on some rough tours. It’s okay if I have to retire it. But do I need to? A note: I’m quite heavy with 183 cm height, so this is always a stressful location for a bicycle frame for me.
