hi, I am planning on building a bike with hydraulic disc brake and integrated handlebars. The frame will probably be a 52 cm. I need to buy hydraulic hoses but they are kind of expensive so I was wondering if I can use ONE 3000mm Jagwire hose and cut it to accommodate both front and rear break. Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is it possible or two are needed for sure?

No this seems unwise. The cut will likely compromise seal and you need the extra length to turn the bars.
