I brought my bike 3 weeks ago on the 19 of August and I’ve been riding it every day my crank arm just fell off should I put it back on myself even though the bolt has lost tread or take it to the shop as is I’ve rung them and they said they take a look but not what they do about it

It’s toast! Luckily, it’s the left and they’re cheap. In the future, check the bolts regularly.
This happened to me. If the crank bolt wasn’t tight enough to start, it can degrade the threads on the bolt and bottom bracket and wear out the crank arm. Maybe $75 repair at your local bike shop
