£1,600 is not very appealing – £1K ish is very much more like it. All those huge battery and wheel/frame bikes are far too heavy for most folk. This was designed by someone with a brain !
It’s basically a bike with a small battery. I bet a couple of hundred years ago the pioneers of the bicycle thought that this mode of transport would still be considered the future of personal transport in the 21st century! What happened to the predictions of the 20 th century by Arthur C Clarke and others about how we would develop personal mobility?

Rear hub motor unfortunately so not efficient for going up hills, battery will drop fast i bet when climbing.
I have 4 ebikes and only one i ride is the mid drive, the rest are rear hub and powerful ones at that sp still fun but sometjing about mid deive that really makes it more useful and fun.
For £1090 though this is an ok deal especially with toque sensor.
