2016 Mason Resolution – Worth $800?

I’m looking for a used road bike to replace my 2010 Fuji that was stolen late last year. My budget is < $1000. I found a local listing for a 2016 Mason Resolution and was wondering if $800 is a competitive price. I’m also curious about any insights into any trouble spots / things to be aware of for bikes like this one.

The bike has a steel frame with hydraulic disc brakes, internal cable routing, and a shimano ultegra groupset.
