I would take the bus this time, especially if you have downliis on your route.
This is unsafe to ride. You might make it to work and back — or you might have a blowout in the middle of a busy intersection. Not worth the risk.
Don’t ride that.
Deflate that tire asap too.
Its going to explode sooner or later so you can save the cost of a tube and maybe the tire
