If it doesn’t leak any air it’s fine. No need to replace it. Use small pliers if you can’t open the top part by hand.

Looks like it has a replaceable valve core. I’d go down that route before you get a whole new valve.

I mean, sometimes they bend. Especially if you routinely run without the covers that are supposed to be on there precisely to protect this very fragile piece of steel.

As long as it doesn’t leak it should be fine. If you really don’t like it though just ask your LBS for one. I had a clogged one a couple months ago and they just gave me like a handful of valve cores for free.
