I wanted to install the stem mount for my phone on my Grizl. I ignored the warning (last picture) and untightened the stem bolts.
Now I‘m not sure if and how I can fix this.
Should I go to a bike shop or can I do this by myself?

Just put it back together. You should be able to do this on your own. I had kinda the same problem. In my case the wedge hat dropped lower than it should have. For this I had to go to the bike shop to get this sorted out.
Push everything back down
Pretty easy to put back together. You’ll like need to loosen the bolts holding the stem in place and tighten them again once it’s all back together.

A bike shop definitely also will be able to help with this too.
Is the cap even meant to fit on a 1 1/4 inch steerer? My bet would be either the cap is not wide enough, the bolt is not long enough or the bolt has different thread… Your problem is easily solvable tho.
