Any ideas what the issue could be? The bike is pretty much new, problems started at about 150km with the two smallest cogs.
Took it to my LBS (authorized Trek dealer) and they couldn't get it working "100%". They said they checked everything, hanger, chain, all the adjustments including MicroAdjust, firmware version, … no luck. Since I haven't bought the bike at the store, they advised me to contact SRAM directly, which I did yesterday. I haven't heard back yet, so I thought I would try my luck here.

Have you tried resetting the microadjust settings? I screwed up mine one time and it shifted like this. After a reset and 1-2 clicks all shifted perfectly again.
