I was doing some cleaning with a microfiber tower and noticed paint was chipping close to the bottom bracket.
That bike is new (300km ridden) and the frame is carbon
Is that a normal occurrence? It seems to be superficial but I don’t know if it’s the start of a bigger problem or just some random chip

Looks like a press fit bottom bracket. These needs to be torqued together hence pressing into the side of the frame.
But paint chip is not common. Best bring it back to the shop you got it from and ask.
