My tire slipped off the curb. People were asking if I was okay and thankfully I am! Please pay attention. That was like my 3rd time riding a road bike lol and now Iām definitely sticking to the trails now and on.

Happened to me once – i mean a similar type of crash – tire going off the bike path.
I wasn’t wearing a helmet and I was drunk like a fucking idiot. My glasses probably saved my eye and (some?) brain damage as they took most of the blow. Just have some minor scars on my skin by my eye, I think I cracked a couple of ribs, but mostly it was my pride that was damaged. 4 years sober now, and always wearing a helmet when riding š
