Hello Iam in Iceland now, i learn a lot in Denmark now and a lot with your help thank again for that. I know i will still make some stupid mistake but it's the price.
My legs are better now, i discover that my saddles go down step by step and i didnt notice first so i fix it and it was for that the pain in one legs.
Iam alone so is not always easy but iam also happy for that and it make me feeling humble and so little in this life.
My problem now is when i set up my tent and the rain come Sundenly i got some water inside… i try to take off as i can with my hands, i dont think i can start the set up by the top, so i dont know how to reduce this things.
Maybe i will buy a towel just for that, iam afraid to make my down sleeping bag if he go out from my mattress.
Also i would Like your advice for a other things. Can i lets my Ortlieb out of the tent when is a full Rain day? that will not reduce with the time the waterproof resistance?

Buy a wettex dish rag and clean out the water from the tent.
If the ortlieb are waterproof then they can stay outside in the rain.
See this video on how to use some string to allow you to pitch the rainfly on your tent first. The guy in the video uses grommets, but you can just tie some loops on the string instead.

Unfortunate inherent flaw in many tents. Look for tents that pitch fly-first or both inner and fly at the same time.
Most Nordic tents are designed fly-first or both simultaneously, e.g:

You can see that typically, the poles go on the outside of the tent/are inserted into/onto the outer.
