Whenever I apply pressure to the system, brake fluid slowly leaks from here. This is a new problem for me. Can that be tightened? Or is it another classic case of Shimano doesn’t have the parts so you need to replace the whole thing?
Is there any way to stop this from leaking?

Looks like the main seal/membrane is damaged.
Shimano did release some spare parts but I’m not sure if they did for road bike parts (there are for mtb)
That’s the master cylinder head. I believe it could be replaced, but I’d see if Shimano would warranty it to avoid the hassle. These do fail occasionally on Shimano brake levers. It’s possible one of the O rins on it is damaged or not seated properly.
Any way?? Yes empty all the fluid out.
Needs a strip and service! you’ll have a perished o ring in there!
This is the sort of thing that can happen if you apply pressure or vacuum to the system when bleeding it. I believe there is an o-ring around that plug. If you can get the whole thing out you may be able to reinsert it with the o-ring in place.
When tightening that part it’s 1nm or less so literally as loose as you can leave it no resistance at all when tightening.
