You can definitely fit on a large, but at your size you fit both medium and large, so it comes down to wanting a bike that’s a little small vs a little big, I prefer a slightly larger bike, but I know people who like a slightly smaller bike

You are just at the maximum height for a medium size frame.
What’s good is that it’s much easier to make a small bike fit bigger than vice versa. You can get higher rise bars and sweep them forwards to effectively elongate and raise the bike

  3. I’m 5 10 and have two transitions, both size medium. I wouldn’t want the large. They feel great and much more maneuverability while still stable. My prior bike was a last generation large, which is shorter than the current large. It felt too big.

However, I also run a 50mm stem instead of the stock 40. I like having a little more weight over the front wheel, and prefer the slightly quicker steering. I’d give that a try as well.
