My uncle passed away and biking was his world. I inherited his bike. The tires are flat and the pump I found with his things do not seem to go with the bike tires. Does anyone know what pump would work for this tire or some kind of attachment?

That looks like a dunlop valve, you need an adapter
Presta valve, very common on bicycles. Unscrew the small knurled piece on top of the valve to open the valve (it will not come off). Your pump has a dual head with two openings for both Presta and Schrader valves – the Presta opening is the smaller of the two. After opening the valve, press the pump head firmly on and flip the yellow lever on the pump head to lock in place. Find recommended pressure written on side of tire. When done pumping, tighten valve to close.
This pump will work just fine. You just need to know how to use it. Might be a YouTube video on JoeBlow with instructions
Loosen the nut on the tip of the valve. It’s doesn’t come all the way off, so don’t worry about that. Put the grey side of the pump head on the valve and turn the yellow lever in the opposite direction (away from the rim). Pump. When you’re done pull the pump head STRAIGHT off, you can bend the valve if you’re not careful
Presta valve, see if you can get a schrader to presta attachment, can usually find them at home depot for $10, will contain multiple variants, 6 I believe. Or get a combined hand pump like the one I use from lezyne grip drive hv, good to 90psi/6.2bar. Has both schrader and presta, I find it’s good to have on a ride especially if someone is down n out to give em a hand as well, super compact too, and a decent price point..
That pump will work. Unscrew valve put gray side over valve, flip yellow lever up(to lock). Pump tires, flip yellow lever back to center, screw valve head back down with hand.
