I’d just get some jones h bars and call it a day
I mean more than half kg handlebars… from Surly, that is a lot.
I’ve had Corner bars on two of my bikes, and I absolutely love them. They’re heavy, but they absorbed all the rattles and bumps found when riding gravel or crappy pavement. Currently mounted to my GT Outpost Trail.
None of these. Get a decent drop bar and call it a day
I don’t have much info, although I’m researching something similar.
But perhaps the people over at r/bicycletouring would know more about touring bikes?
The carbon corner bars on AliExpress are good, a lot lighter and more variety of available widths.
The one you’ll be most comfortable on.
