Wald has cheap steel ones on Amazon. I love mine

I have Cinelli pepper handlebars with a slight rise on my Mark V.
Is that electrical tape as the bar wrap and on the seat post? Also noticed a zip tie on the saddle rails.
Are you planning on keeping it ratty or you going give it some love?
