nitto sells them under the “Promenade” model name, b601 and b613 specifically if you want those relatively sharp/almost-right angles. there are also promenades with softer/rounded curves that look even more antique. idk about other brands tho. unfortunately it doesn’t look like velo orange makes a matching less-expensive knock-off.
idk if this shape specifically has a make-agnostic common name, but they fall in the “upright” posture category if nitto isn’t your personal jam. just looking for specifically upright handlebars might narrow your search down.

Dutch, Parallel, Cruiser are all kind of interchangeable. They all come in a variety of rises and sweeps, though, so you kind of have to know what you need when you go searching for them.

In Germany we call them old english bars (englischer bügel).
It is a form of touring bar with no raise, a very wide middle section and very high backsweep angle. a little bit similar to the Stuttgarter bügel which has an additional small raise in the middle section.

If they are made by Nitto, they are very high-quality handlebars. The Japanese company has been around for 100 years. They also made stems, front and rear racks, seat posts, and water bottle cages.
