I'm really a n00b at this. Can someone explain me how to put it back again?
Do I have to change the wire or I can live with this one? My bike is kinda old and I want to spend less money as possible for it.

Yeah you’ll need a new ‘gear cable’ and wire cutters preferably, I would get a road gear cable set as you get housing and 2 cables etc. Look for front derailleur setup videos on YT.
You need a new one but they’re cheap and it’s an easy enough job. Push the old one out through the shifter (may need to shift down to expose the entry hole), push the new one through and pull it up through the derailleur as per your picture. You’ll need a pair of pliers and some wire cutters. Pull it sort of medium tight and see how your shifting is, then loosen or tighten as needed.
FYI cables often have a Shimano end or a campagnolo end, yours is probably Shimano but I’d push it out to check first seeing as it’s already knackered.
