If they dropped the whole crankset on the shop floor could it have caused these fractures? Or more likely, something they screwed up when reinstalling it on the bike? I’m 99% sure these were not there when I brought it to them. I’m pretty upset and will be taking it back in tomorrow, just want to hear what you guys think first.

This is a common issue with the cosmetic plastic cover on Force AXS chainrings. It could have happened during the tune-up if the mechanic overtorqued the chainring bolts. The teeth on the big ring look almost new, so it’s a bit surprising to see those cracks… anyway I wouldn’t lose sleep over it.
The problem with complaining to your bike shop is any shop that makes this kind of mistake will just keep making the same mistakes, and they’ll probably claim the cracks were already there.
Try asking them if they have surveillance in the shop. Or make a complaint.
