Scott genius eRide 930 2022, happens while pedaling and appears to come from cogset/freewheel. Sounds kind of spoke like but all spikes feel tight. One or two seem slightly less stiff than the others.
Bikes done 800 or so km.
What is this metallic clicking/scraping noise?

Spring of the brake pads not placed well?
edit: like they are supposed to hold 4 corners and if they don’t – they’ll make rather random “ding” sounds.
Visually check for a gap on the disc brakes.

That’s brake rub. Sounds like your brake rotor is slightly warped which is causing it to rub at a certain spot on its rotation. You can use a rotor truing tool if that’s the issue.
You should check to make sure first though.
