Record another video and spin the wheel extremely slowly. Either your stuff is cross threaded and the hub is likely trashed or by some miracle your sprocket is bent and can be replaced.

hmmm check if the cog is screwed on correctly and also see if it’s warped at all. look at the hub to see if that is somehow warped.

What brand? Cheaper out on an amazon cog once, and it came out like that
Threads on the hub are defective or the cog was installed incorrectly. Either way you need a new wheel.
Your hub looks like it’s spinning straight. I think it’s your cog. I’d take it off and have a look at it.
Looks like the back of the cog face is not flush (straight/inline) with the hub. Which indicates you cross threaded it on.
Take it off carefully screw it back on making sure it is straight.
That’s a freewheel not a fixed cog I think. Cheap freewheels often do this especially after a little bit of riding when the bearings get worse
Looks like the threads are seized, this happened to me once and I had to replace the hub.
Based on the back edge of the cog’s threaded flange moving up and down in reference to the hub flange, I am fairly certain the cog is cross threaded and the hub is fucked.
