So I’ve been riding the new reign advanced pro 1 for about a month, and I’ve noticed this side play
Never ridden gx axs before so don’t know much about it, also is this movement normal?
Also shifting is off but I havnt played around with the limit screws or app at all

I’m not trying to insult you, but have you tried snugging up the bolt? I mean step one- let’s rule some stuff out and get you fixed.
I TORQUED IT TO SPEC!! No difference
as far as i know, there are no limit screws on t-type derailleurs. the limits are built into the derailleur itself, since the position of the cassette compared to the derailleur is known from factory
It’s it like this even with the when installed and axle torqued?
