Does this saddle height look correct? Or should I go even a bit higher?
On the picture my heal is on the pedal and pedal is in the most downward position

Why take the pictures with your heel on the pedal instead of with your foot on the pedal correctly?

If your heal is on the pedal you should be almost completely stretched. Riding position should have a slight bend. I’d say it looks pretty close. Are your hips rocking? Does it feel comfortable?

This angle makes it incredibly difficult to give any insights. At best, your saddle may be a bit too high considering your leg is fully extended.
Next time either do the heel test (don’t wear a shoe with a thick sole) with both feet on and hands on the bars for a rough approximation or post a photo showing the side of you on the bike with your feet clipped or wearing whatever shoes you plan to ride in.
