  1. They make these things called ‘gears.’ You can get a drivetrain kit, you need a rear derailler, a shifter, a cassette with a reasonable range, the cables to connect them, and you need a longer chain.
Get a friend who has some knowledge of bike mechanics to help you. Takes about an hour or so.

  2. Bigger rear cog, basically. But you might have to take a look at your rear wheel, see if you can slap a cassette on there, and if you can, cool grab one of those (7 speed probably) and a rear derailleur, shimano ones are like 16 bucks, a new chain that will fit your cassette, and you’ll need cables and a shifter. Shouldn’t be too hard, just need a good handful of parts. Or alternatively, if you mean it’s like unusually hard to pedal then probably the BB is fucked but I think it’s just that wack ass gear ratio. All the parts can be had easily for pretty cheap on the internet, or at a bike co-op

  3. Few things:

    – Change gear ratios
    – Change handlebar for something that will put you in more forward leaning position
    – Change tyres to some narrower ones

This will not make tou go faster, but you should probably instal front brake.

OP, you need to explain what you’re asking for much better. If anything, this should be far too *easy* to pedal.

  5. Is it possible your rear brake is rubbing on the tire? As others have pointed out, your gear ratio is really low, which should make it easy to pedal.

You will need a full rapha cycling kit and speedplay pedals, POC helmet, garmin computer to pedal easier.

I literally don’t think there is a way to make it easier to pedal than this lmao
