I believe the Mercier Kilo is going to be a higher quality bike than the Tsunami. The Tsunami is very similar to the 6KU Track. It’s really up to you to decide what type of fixie you want. I personally like chromoly fixies. I’m sure you can find a better aluminum track fixie for under $650 than the Tsunami.
