Das ist erschreckend und traurig. Ich habe generell das Gefühl, dass viele Leute immer unglücklicher werden. Social Media trägt sicher auch einen Teil dazu bei. Der gesellschaftliche Druck, die Erziehung etc. Ein guter erster Schritt ist sicherlich, wenn Männer miteinander über ihre Sorgen sprechen können.
Im not so sure if talking is the way to go for men. Men need to be able to act in the world, if thats not possible they will destroy themself.I mean i can see the brothethood here what definitly helps but the fact that the selfhelpgroup is indeed founded by a women speaks for itself. Now, burn me.

I left Scotland twenty years ago after I spent there the two best years of my life. The country has a special place in my heart forever. Scottish people were the friendliest and I always remember them with a smile on my face, especially when I hear that dearest accent. I wish you all strength to keep living and smiling. I’m Scottish and this is what is happening:
– Lack of high quality woman (women to men ratio is poor)
– Breakdown of families leaving men on the back foot and second to the mother
– Climate. If you are not embracing nature and making the most of our coastline, mountains and forests the urban life is shite. Weather is crap so learn to embrace it. Cherish the short summer.
– Alcohol, Cocaine and associated problems

UK's men in crisis would be the exact term…
First cause of death of men between 20-50 is suicide. On average 12 men a day in the UK.
I'm running a volunteer group of men well-being.
Most stories are:
– divorce/separated
– spend thousands for having contact with your children
– CMS is on your back and steal everything you have
– even with men having 50/50 order CMS is on their back… 🤷🏻♂️
– The worst is schools and other parents, especially moms.
Whatever happened in the relationship, whatever the mother have done, the men is always the toxic person.
In my group I have a man with 2 children. He had full custody of the children as the mom have been physically abusive. A very middle class family so not what you would expect.
The dad has now a court order with "live with the applicant father" and he still have to pay maintenance as in yhe eyes of CMS, the mother still have child benefit. Plus the mother still claim that she has the children more than the dad.
It has been nearly two years now.
He has sold his house and bought a flat that he can afford while paying CMS. He has tried to refuse paying, but CMS have been vlear that they would take it straight away from his salary, be in contact with his boss and take his driving license.
An other one has a "live with both" order. He has his 3 children 50% of the time, and still have to pay maintenance for his 3 children.
He just can't afford to live.
When you call the dentist or the surgery of your children and ask to be on the contact list, they ask you for proof and always ask the permission to the mom first.
But if you are the mom calling for the same thing, no questions ask.
In the UK men are responsible of yhe failure of a relationship. Whatever happens, they have to pay, pay, pay… until they are broke and have no perspective of moving forward.

Ich würde halt mal weniger Jungs produzieren dann müssen sich auch weniger umbringen. Demografische Katastrophe ist noch ne weite Untertreibung dafür was ihr Kerlen für eine Existenz zumutet. Außerdem was ist mit Beischlaf mit der eigenen Tochter? Würden die doch garantieren alle lieber machen als sich umzubringen. Für mich wird immer deutlicher, dass Frauen sehr gut ohne Männer klarkommen, Männer Frauen aber sehr viel mehr brauchen. Verheiratete Männer profitieren von der Ehe, Singlemänner sind oft wütend, aggressiv und frustriert, während Singlefrauen das Leben alleine meistens genießen. Man sieht das auch hier in den Kommentaren, wie viele Männer die ganze Verantwortung auf Frauen abschieben. Sie haben Probleme und Frauen sind Schuld. Sie sind unglücklich und Frauen sind Schuld. Sie finden sich selbst ätzend, erwarten aber, dass Frauen sie ertragen müssen. Männer müssen begreifen, dass Frauen nicht auf der Welt sind, um ihnen das Leben angenehmer zu machen. Männer müssen selbst Verantwortung übernehmen, anstatt darauf zu warten, dass Frauen ihre Probleme lösen, während sie Frauen wie Dreck behandeln.
The fact is, society as a whole doesn't care when it's men struggling.
