I've assembled my new Canyon Speedmax CF7 (105 Di2) and the brake cable seems a bit too long that I can't fit it properly in the frame, it sticks out too much and I can't put the plastic cap over the cables.
Any idea on how to solve this?

I had the same issue! What I ended up doing was pulling the cable through the front brake hole and that gave it enough slack to push it through.
