Owner of a used bike shop had this out for $1600 and said he would bring it down to $980. He said it’s his bike, he bought the frame in 2011, assembled the bike in 2018, and rode about 200 miles on it. Here are the details he gave me:

Thank you all for the words of caution on the previous post. I’m reposting this just to add context which was missing from the original post. I’m glad I consulted you all before buying what I thought was a good deal, but what turns out to be an old, vintage bike.
