Hi everyone.
I apologize in advance if this is not the right place to discuss this issue.
A few months ago I bought a splendid Diamondback Topanga from 1992, perhaps a little small (evaluating it in hindsight). I'm 177 cm tall.
After fixing it, I put an Italia saddle with a hole for the prostate. Immediately, I started having pain every time I stood up or down, to my coccyx (which, I know, shouldn't touch the saddle), highlighted with the red circle in the photo. I've never used the bike before fixing it, so I don't know if I'd have problems even before changing the saddle.
So, I tried to change both the saddle and the handlebars: this was initially more "lowrider", which placed me in a more upright position, while now I have another "standard" one, which allows me to be more inclined towards it, in a more aerodynamic position and which therefore in theory places less stress on the coccyx area.
I even tried lowering and moving the saddle.
Has anyone ever had similar experience? If yes, how did you fix it?
Thanks in advance.

Can you touch your toes?
It could so many things. One I would think is the saddle is too narrow for you and causing pressure on parts that shouldn’t. Another thought is saddle placement fore and aft. Is it too far forward or backward? It you get a weight on a string and place on your knee it should hang near the pedal to the end of the crank arm when the pedals are at 3 and 9 o’clock.
I suspect frame is too small, reach is too short, saddle might be too narrow. This leads to most of your body weight being in the rear and causing pressure to your coccyx.
I would start with a longer stem to bring your body weight forward and reduce pressure on coccyx. Also can adjust handlebar height until they are level with top of saddle for better weight distribution.
Can you get a picture of the saddle from the side. The saddle should be level or ever so slightly tilted nose down. Severe nose down tilt might be putting extra pressure on the back of you butt.
Seat is too high.
With your feet correctly placed at the metatarsal on the pedals, at the 6pm position on the cranks there should be a small bend in the knee not flexed straight out like in your photo.
Your hips will be rocking in the seat like that which will cause an injury eventually.
Looks a wrong fit for you to me – perhaps saddle is too high, perhaps frame is just not quite the right geometry for you. Get a bike fit perhaps
