I was wondering why my highest gear makes pedaling ”sticky”. Also with other gears I felt some resistance, I was not sure. Today I was just maintenancing my bike and addibg oil to chain links. All the sudden rear wheel jammed and I was like whatta… So, cogs were loose. I don’t know why this happened. Brand new Canyon Pathlite SUV 6. Mileage 700 kilometers.

Could this happen if rear axle was tightened too much? Or is it just that they didn’t tighten up things in factory?

By the way, does anyone know which Parktool-tool can ve used to tighten this Shimano 12-speed cassette?

Anyway, I send reclamation to Canyon and I’m waiting for them to answer me… I hope nothing else is broken.

It appears that your cassette may have come off. This is common for some DT Swiss and Fulcrum wheels. You can probably just put it back on. Here is a relevant video for DT wheels https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXJ2ao-Iq14
