Riga nonexistent.
Christchurch NZ has a pretty good little fixed gear community. Small group of ride pretty consistently and race the cyclocross season as well. All good fun

Dallas: I’d say fixed gear is somewhat small here but the bicycle scene here is a nice mix of road, MTB, and BMX. The ride outs are fun because of this mix of cyclists.
