I can’t figure out what to do, I’ve ridden it and wasn’t perfect to my liking but I love the bike frame. Either sell, convert, restore, or ride as is.
What would you do with this bike?

Some ideas were to change tires and bring to back to its road bike roots. Everything on it now; came with it when I bought. I switched the seat post and seat to my EDC.
Anytime I ride as my back up, something feels wrong about it though. Love the frame can’t express that enough.
That french threaded bb probably limits crankset options.
