Could this wobble be caused by congealed sealant?

The wheels are brand new and appear to be true. I did the install including setting them up tubeless. I didn’t do a lot of riding after initially setting them up and I’m wondering if the extra sealant congealed from sitting too long. I’m on vacation without the tools to pull off the tire and check. Wondering if there’s something else I should trouble shoot before taking the tire off. TIA!
