Sweet rig I found on Marketplace, it belonged to another kiddy who said he didn’t use it much. A full overhaul and elbow grease, and runs like butter. All steel for durability
A few comments on my setup: I could not decide between derailleurs or IGH so I went for none, more reliable when out in the woods. Solid tires to avoid the hassle of tubeless but without punctures. The frame takes 2.5″ tires but went with 2″ because that’s what the bike had and I’m waiting for Ultradynamico to come up with some 10″ options.
The frame bag left no space for feeding bottles so I had to fix them to the fork legs. Sleeping bag at the bar with some toeclip straps, and the mandatory cup hanging at the back for #chocolatemilkoutside.
I still have to test the bike on an overnighter, but my mum insists I have to be back home at 7 which makes it difficult to fit on my schedule. Happy Trails!
