Need a new der hanger – need to search for the right one for your frame, they don’t cost much.
Derailleur itself is prob ok but depends on the bolt condition – check as it looks to have sheared against the hanger. Did a crash or similar impact cause this or something else?

I doubt it. New hanger is obvious and it’s likely the actually derailleur is too damaged. There’s not many ways I can think of to do that damage to the hanger and leave everything else OK. Sorry but it’s likely a parts cannon job. Replace the hanger and be prepared to replace the derailleur as well.

As others have said, your derailleur hanger is stripped. Fortunately this is easy to do, and they’re pretty cheap. You can _probably_ find one to fit your bike here: https://derailleurhanger.com/
As long as the threads on the derailleur aren’t stripped, it should be fine. You’ve got a Sora derailleur, so even if you have to replace it, it won’t be very expensive (like maybe $40 or less). You’ll want to search “Sora 9spd derailleur” and you should find what you need.
