After taking off the wheel I’ve noticed this tiny pin holes on my tube. They’re not everywhere, just in some places
The rim tape doesn’t seem like it’s TERRIBLY off but it’s a Trek bike and maybe the bontrager rim strip is garbage.
It’s not a tape since I can move it around. I’ve tried adjusting it a bit
Thanks!

Looks like your rim strip isn’t laying flat and the edges are sticking up which is cutting into your tube. You would likely be best off replacing it with some actual rim tape rather than a rim strip.
Have you run your finger along the inside of your tire once in each direction (CW and CCW?)
There could be a thorn or foxtail stuck in your tire as well.
I’m confused. You didn’t post a pic of your rim tape.
Well are the punctures on the inside part of the tube that sits on the rim tape or on the outside part that pushes against the inner tire?
Check the recommended pressure for your tubes/tires.
It looks like an inner tube to me.
Hard to know without seeing the rim. But if there’s nothing stuck in the tire (thorn, glass shard, etc) then it’s likely a rim strip issue. I would suggest Velox or tubeless/3m tape. Even if you don’t run tubeless it works pretty dang well as a solid rim strip.
