Um, your fork is installed backwards. Start there.

Why not opt for a saddlepack instead?

If it’s carbon – consult a manual. Prob racks are not supported. In that case consider tailfinn

I’d recommend against a rack on that frame. The seat stays are supposed to move to provide some added comfort and absorb impacts better (that’s the whole point of the seatstays not touch the seatpost tube). A rack is going to interact heavily with that preventing the frame from bending as designed possibly leading to a failure (around the attachment points of the frame). I’d stick to a saddle bag.

Using a thru axle. You can go here and find and match your axle with a fit kit.
Then look at their election of racks they mount to the fitkit with a fairly large weight capacity.
Divide rack, or the Elkhorn rack would do fine for your needs.
I’d also look at getting the extra long stabilizer arms(if they don’t already come with your rack selection) and run it to a seatpost clamp, so you don’t have to worry about sizing something to mount to your cabin frame, reducing friction or rubbing if it’s unnecessary.

I swear by these racks, and I value that it can be setup without any frame interaction, especially if you’re riding carbon.
Ortleib Quick Rack👌👌👌
How did you even manage to ride that with a negative fork offset?
