BMC SLR03 2017.
I’ve been offered the following bike by a legitimate seller in the uk.
Bike is a 2017 model and is in good condition. Although I have to admit I’m not an expert in this field, does £600 sound about right for a bike of this type/age?

Assuming no serious damage, sure. If this seller is private, you might do well to find a comparable bike at a lower price and negotiate
It seems OK but nothing special for £600, I have seen big named branded bikes with 105 group set from around that age on FB marketplace in my area. Wheels are most likely an AliExpress special. But I would make sure the size is ok and if so try to negotiate down, cool looking bike.
Good looking bike for sure but why in the world would you put those wheels on a bike with a Tiagra group set?!
Those wheels are sooo deep. I’d be scared to ride them in any wind tbh.
The price is awesome lol, if this bike is listed where I live at least $1500, the frame and the wheels are great, you could replace the tiagra groupset with r7000 and it will be more than enough..
It’s a bit of an odd setup…. 1x with an off brand crank and deep deep carbon wheels. The use case for this bike is pretty specific…. Flatter terrain that isn’t too windy.
Unless you’re experienced and know this is something that fits your needs, it probably doesn’t.
I feel like the hood is streched quite far
The frame only worth $600.I have the same frame since 2018.
Put around 45000 km in it.Still rock solid.
Some of these folks are delulu. Yes it’s worth £600.
I’d sell those wheels for what you can get for them and find some lower profile ones. I have an older BMC and I put Superteam 45s on it. They’re obviously not premium wheels but I had no problem with them.
I’d also ask the seller if they still have the original crankset and front derailleur. If not I’d set up a saved search on eBay for them (and a 105 rear derailleur while you’re at it). The current gearing is high at its lowest so as others have said unless you’re planning to do flat rides only you’re going to need to go 2x.
I own that frame and love it – you can build it up. It is worth it IMO for the frame and wheels, but upgrade the groupset.
I bought mine as NOS for $1750 CAD and it came with full 105 (980ish GBP). Since then I’ve upgraded to 105, a pro carbon seatpost and Turnix saddle, new bars and 45 mm deep wheels. Love the bike.

I’m in the uk and it’s windy af. I’ve got 50mm deep rims and they don’t handle cross winds that well. These would be a nightmare.

This is over $15,000.00 USD
Tiagra…?
That’s some janky set up, you’d spend £400 just making it a viable uk road bike….
Isn’t BMC a Babymetal song?
