It fits, too bad it was 33% more expensive then the entire bike was (€20 for the fork, €15 for the bike). Next step, sand it and powder coat it. Leaning towards a glossy transparant coat to get the metal look to match the bar, stem, seatpost.

Psh.. only 33% more than the bike, that’s rookie stuff. I just put $50 of parts into a Trek 7000 that I got for free so that was like infinity % more than the cost of the bike
Is the angle of the picture really weird, or do the brake posts line up in such a way that the pads will never meet the rims?
This photo is a masterpiece, there’s a whole narrative of anticipation and not-so-deferred gratification going on here – the tyre lever! the discarded Black Jack! the fork box, greedily torn open! the random other parts carton on its side! The turtle wax! The 8kg-but-tedious road bike with its 50mm carbon hoops gathering dust! The xmas tree stand still out in July! (My cellar looks pretty similar – glad you’re having fun too!)
