let’s go I was uh in 19 99 or yeah I think around there and uh the mob star driver bus driver was my friend we did osto together many many years ago and uh he saw me how he was cycling and I went with him to the bua stud and I was that’s what I want in my life you know and I did the license of the bus the truck all of I I did everything so and I start like this step by step and arrive to the big teams I drive to the start and when we arrive I prepare the things for the Riders and the bars and everything is in the back and while I’m doing the things the directors make the meeting two hard days behind us the week wind is up it’s going to be from the side at a certain point big chance of a big fight for the Breakaway Marain Stefan ruie try and win the stage okay Sean know that you’re a little bit more banged up you just have to look inside yourself and find the reason that’s private to you why you’re here I’m suck on that today there’s loads of people who’ve fallen off yesterday there’ll be loads of people in the same situation and there’ll be a time today where you think what am I doing here and I can’t do and then you need to look inside yourself then okay and you will get [Music] through how do we decide who gets what seat in the bus well I don’t know I think V chooses right what the the seats in the bus you choose no yeah oh there you have trans favorite favorites at the front fav on the front no no but this is the best place on the bus for me this is the really one why you have a lot of space man here look they have no space the the box is very small and and look look you you have a lot of space not the others this is the favorite city for me this is the best place the best rat R now got a bath yeah seniority uh seniority rules I think this guy he’s pretty old his joints are getting stiff so he needs the he needs legs why am I than the last one fa started n years ago in this B no this bus not the other one the last and then I but uh I think this has been my seat for like five years I got that seat for One race in doof cuz I’m getting older you know but uh yeah this is still this is still my my main my main seat I like I like being able to know where people are so maybe this row is actually the best this row is good cuz you don’t get the toilet smells so bad like these guys but you can still see everything when you’re at the front you’re just like know shoulder okay so you know how rig always had the front seat the front left seat yes we were thinking of making a plaque for it like you know like this is Rio’s seat for when he retires what should we put on it what should it say what should we say just okay hey is your number one stage 13 takes us to PO and now I start here another race this is another race with another chance for the fast men before we hit the mountains this weekend we obviously want to go offensive in the beginning offensive in the middle and offensive in the end the Riders are doing very well riding on a very high level fatigue sits in we had yesterday some bad luck uh here and there a crash with neelson and Sean and even in the end with Richie let’s hope we’re GNA win today and if not today we’re gonna try it again tomorrow we’re not going to give up for example in this race is so nice because you are right to the finish and there are many many people like you see before and and they are waiting for uh for the so if I they make they are waiting for the I make something like that that and they make every day oh and I do and it’s nice it’s a good moment on the first categorized climb of the day carop pass and johanneson attacked the duo opening up a gap of around 30 seconds 27 seconds for Richie 30 seconds Richie you continue to gain keep going for the moment they are pulling here full Richie wait Richie you wait they’re speeding up behind I have to prepare all the food they they go with the to the finish with the recovery and when they are right here I like the food is ready and they can start eating and take the shower eat and relax go to the hotel with calm today we are a little bit tight but this is a [Music] to this is the house of everybody and at the end everybody come to the toilet everybody come to take coffee everybody come to everybody wants to be here to be with the Riders the media people is like this and I have to take I have to take care of the bus the people the Riders and sometimes a St I see when uh when Rider has a problem at home and they are sad or they are happy I know who is ready for the breakway who who wants to try to win and histories I have thousands it’s at the end is 20 years working with the Riders and I have many memories many maybe one day maybe before lose the mind I have to write I had to manage many things with the riders with the directors yeah and the directors here respect me because I’m older than them and my man take the recovery yeah oh man smashed we were in there uh with the people we wanted to be in they did a brilliant race post that mid race we were still in the game in the very end we were at a little bit of bad luck with Stefan sort of caught behind the crash 7 800 met to go see [Music] so welcome Tob this is the most this is the most important piece of the bus with this I can put the atmosphere before the race I can put the atmosphere after the race this is the bus that we use for going to the races and uh we can see two different parts one part for the riders in the back we have uh this place is the place for the we can call kitchen and um we have the coffee machines television to watch the race I put here the the rice cakes and The Panini for the Riders toilet microwave freezer with the ey gels eye socks then the fridge yeah is ready for tomorrow with the sparkling water water uh rice cake chocolate in this side you can see the the bars the yells everything that they use in the race AP part of the of the rice cakes and here normally I use I put the towels here because the the towels are here we have here two two machines for the for the massage they can go when uh when there is a big uh transfer after the stage they come here and they can use they can use the game ready and uh the hyper R is the pressure matching for the legs it’s like the M with the this one is only with her and this is with her and cold water and then this is the bus the EF bus I hope uh it’s good
