Hello guys. I bought old Univega Alpina with Stx rc 3×8 speed shifters, front derailleurand diore lx rear derailleur. The shifters don't work so I plan to change them with cheapest option. Will sl-m315 shifters works with this setup?

Yes they will be compatible.
Spray a strong degreaser into the shifters through the cable port. Something as strong as brake cleaner, and spray it inside for a good 5 seconds continuously. The shifters will start working again.
Old shifters can often be resuscitated by spraying some solvent/degreaser in the shifter, then add a little chain lube. The factory grease gets gummed up over time.

If that doesn’t work, any Shimano compatible 3×8 mountain bike flat bar shifter from Shimano, [Sunrace](https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=109054&attribute=271499&gad_source=1&gbraid=0AAAAAD8_PrV4ElKVyIqTdyAlIv8Whn-IQ&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI-fzL7r2rhwMVu0b_AR1cwAv8EAQYASABEgJn3vD_BwE), or [Microshift](https://www.universalcycles.com/shopping/product_details.php?id=74339&category=5547) will work.
Ths SL-M315 also comes in 7 speed, make sure you get the correct number of speeds to match your cassette.
Edit- I wouldn’t count on AliExpress parts being genuine Shimano
