Looks great in general, but that seat angle is a classic sign of having the seatpost too high. Often the correct angle for a Brooks is nose pointed *very slightly* up. Angled down is almost never right. I suggest leveling it and lowering the post until you are comfortable while pedaling.

I knew when I saw the first picture the focus will be on the extreme saddle angle.
But I wanted to stop by to say WOW, nice ride. Good job👍

You could do with a saddlebag support of the kind sold by Carradice (UK).

Do take a test ride fully loaded before you set off far from home in case you get problems like shimmy, not low enough gears, tyres not up to it, etc.
Looks like my newest Raleigh. I have 5, but this is the one I ride the most. Not vintage.

How do you drink with those bottle tops?
Beautiful. Where did you get those mudguards? I want the same thing.
Love the bike. Love Brooks saddles especially once you get them fully broken in. Someone help me find the cat. I don’t see it.
Frame looks very similar to my US 1973 Raleigh International with champagne finish.
Absolutely gorgeous; I love it.
