Saw it in person, had quite a bit of surface corrosion on pretty much any non painted surface. Brakes worked good but squeaked like crazy. Not really sure if I should pass or not.

Hard no, it’s not worth it with what you describe it as where I live this would go for $200-$300 max and that’s in CAD
